PURPOSE:To eliminate the fluctuation of a black level even when the APL of a transmitting television signal is low by providing a diode in series with a black level correcting resistor which takes out a black level correcting voltage. CONSTITUTION:When the APL of a transmitting television signal is decreased, potential at a point A rises and the voltage of a terminal 2 on an IC5 in a video signal processing circuit rises through a contrasting volume 2 and contrast is controlled to be strong. However, at such a time, the voltage of a terminal 23 is not changed because the transmission of the rising share f the voltage rise at the point A through a diode 6 is interrupted and a luminance level is not changed. Namely, the black level is not changed. Thus, by providing the diode 6 in series with the existing black level correcting resistor 3, a stable black level reproducing operation is realized even when the APL of the transmitting television signal is decreased. |
