PURPOSE:To simplify arrangement work after copying by carrying a copying sheet which has copied the information of a required matter to an empty pin tray detected by an empty tray detector in each matter. CONSTITUTION:Signals from respective operation keys on a keyboard, signals from a mark detectors 47, 48 and outputs of the empty tray detectors 26'1-26'10 for detecting the existence of transfer paper in respective pin trays are inputted to an input port of a CPU 70. The empty tray detectors 26'1-26'10 are formed in respective pin trays. A printer control circuit 71 for controlling the copying operation of a printer part P, a film feeding control circuit 72 for controlling the film feeding operation of a film feeding part, a sorter control circuit 73 for controlling the operation of a sorter 25, and a reader control circuit for controlling the operation of a reader part R, are connected to an output port of the CPU 70 and respective control circuits 71-74 actuate respective parts in accordance with signals outputted from the CPU 70. A copying sheet in which the information of a required matter is copied is carried to an empty pin tray detected by said empty tray detected by said empty tray detecting means in each matter.
