PURPOSE:To keep off any damage to the starting characteristic of an engine, by making an illumination lamp come into a state of being lighted up only on conditions that an ignition switch is turned on, an output voltage level of an alternator is high and a starter switch is turned off. CONSTITUTION:At the time of engine starting, if an ignition switch 18 is turned on, voltage Va of an L terminal of an alternator 22 comes high a moment, and afterward it describes an exponential curve, coming to a low level, but this pulsative voltage Va is absorbed by a delay circuit 36. Next, a starter switch 32 is turned on and a starter motor 34 is driven but, during an on-period of the switch 32, a transistor TR1 is forcedly turned off. Afterward, when the starter switch 32 is turned off at the time of complete explosion in the engine, the forced off-state of the TR1 is released by a transistor TR2, and at that time the voltage Va and output voltage Vb of the delay circuit 36 come to a high level so that the TR1 is turned on, whereby lamps 14a, 14b and 16 all come to be lighted. |
