PURPOSE:To reduce the stress of rotary bearings of a buoy and yokes by providing a movable yoke pivotally fitted to a barge on a floating type turning yoke rotatable around the buoy via a universal joint and suspending a pair of arms between both yokes. CONSTITUTION:A floating type turning yoke 4 is rotatably provided around a buoy 1 supported by multiple anchor chains 2 via upper and lower rotary bearings 3a, 3b. A movable yoke 5 is rotatably connected via a universal joint 10 at the top center section of the floating type turning yoke 4, and the other end of the movable yoke 5 is pivotally connected to a barge 20 with a metal fitting 6 and a pin 7. A pair of arms 8 are suspended between both yokes 4, 5. Accordingly, unbalanced loads applied to rotary bearings 3a, 3b of the buoy and the stress of both yokes can be reduced, and the mooring performance and reliability of the barge are improved.
