PURPOSE:To prepare a hormone-balance controlling food containing the meat of carp as an essential component, capable of eliminating various defects and disorders caused by the loss of the hormonal balance, and takable easily for a long period. CONSTITUTION:All parts of edible scaled carp of any kind such as KAWAGOI, KAGAMIGOI, etc., i.e. the scales, bones, intestines, meat, etc. are freeze-dried and pulverized, or an aqueous extract of the parts is dried to obtain carp powder. In the case of taking the food as a refreshing drink, the extracted liquid may be used as it is. The effect of the carp powder to control the hormonal balance can be further improved by mixing the powder with dried and pulverized adzuki beans or extracted powder of adzuki beans. It is administered usually at a rate of about 20-200mg (in terms of the carp powder) daily in the form of e.g. powder, refreshing drink, cake, staple food, bread, etc. |
