PURPOSE:To provide the titled device capable of effectively removing H2O2 contained in gaseous O2 generated from H2O2 (or H2O2-adduct) by decomposing with a decomposing catalyst by passing the gaseous O2 through a filter supporting a decomposing catalyst or a reducing material and being built-in in the O2 generator. CONSTITUTION:In the device for generating O2 from H2O2 or a H2O2-adduct using the decomposing catalyst (e.g. heavy metal powder such as Pt, metal oxide powder such as MnO2), the filter supporting said decomposing catalyst or the reducing material (e.g. active carbon, ascorbic acid, sodium thiosulfate) is built-in. H2O2 is contained in O2 generated by the effect of the decomposing catalyst, which is effectively removed by passing the H2O2-contg. gaseous O2 through the above-described filter. |
