PURPOSE:When a customer enters a tearoom, the clerk confirms the customer's tea-container by an identification means and delivers the container to the customer. The customer borrows hot water, a tea-making means and a table together with the tea-container from the shop and prepare tea by himself to enjoy the tea suiting his taste. CONSTITUTION:A tea-storage shelf 4 is placed at a proper position in a tearoom 1 to keep the tea-containers 5 labeled with a identification means 6a, 6b to discriminate the owner of the container and containing the tea leaves such as Chinese tea, Japanese tea, etc., purchased by a customer. Separately, a tool- storage shelf 7 is placed in the tearoom to keep hot water and various kinds of tea drinking means to enjoy the tea. When a customer enters the tearoom, the clerk confirms the customer's tea-container by the identification means, takes the tea-container from the tea-storage shelf 4 and delivers the container to the customer. The customer borrows hot water, a tea-making means and a table 9 together with the tea-container from the shop and prepares tea by himself. The tea suiting his own taste can be enjoyed, and a good conversational atmosphere can be produced by the time of tea-making by himself.
