PURPOSE:To make a seat back lockable to a car body with a headrest attached only, by inserting a stay extending to a lower part of the headrest into each support hole formed in an upper part of the seat back and a support part of a car body. CONSTITUTION:A seat back 3 of a rear seat 1 bends a seat frame 10 at its upper rear surface inward for formation and installs a concave part 11 there. On the other hand, a support part 9, projecting to the front at a position corresponding to an upper part of the seat back 3, is tightly attached to the front part of a rear package panel 5b. And, symmetrical support holes 12 are opened to the seat frame 10 on top of the concave part 11, while symmetrical support holes 9a piercing through in a vertical direction is formed in the support part 9. Then, a headrest 4 is formed on a body part 4a and a stay 15 extending downward at both sides, and the stay 15 is inserted into each of these support holes 12 and 9a. With this constitution, with the headrest 4 attached only, the seat back 3 is lockable to the car body 5.
