PURPOSE:To execute the same job simultaneously in plural different terminals by the same user identification code, by constituting temporarily data file copies for respective terminals by these terminals. CONSTITUTION:A TSS conversational data processing system is constituted with n-number of time sharing system TSS conversational terminal devices 1-1'' having the same user identification code ID, a CPU 2, a main memory 6, an auxiliary storage file 7, and a common data file 8. When the same job using the file 8 is processed simultaneously in devices 1-1'', file names where respective logical numbers of plural terminals and file variable names defined for the program of the job are connected are generated in a file processing part 5 of the CPU 2. Copies of the common data file are temporarily constituted in the file 7 for respective terminals in accordance with generated file names. Terminals 1-1'' use corresponding temporary files to process the job. If the temporary file is updated, this file is returned to the file 6 and is updated; and if it is not updated, it is abandoned after the processing. |
