PURPOSE:To enable measuring the traffic of a speech channel by a simultaneous operating method and to obtain traffic data with high reliability by starting a receiving operation program for monitoring and counting the frequency of a detected busy state when an operating member is not in operation. CONSTITUTION:When a traffic start subroutine is executed through a connector Z1, the operating member Kn (n: 0-11) starts the receiving operation program after a marker for a three-minute period operates four seconds after the member has transition from an active state to a passive state. At this time, a counter A which counts the frequency of a busy state and a counter B which counts the frequency of a free state are initialized and further a program indicator PI used for judging a branch of the started receiving operation program is set to 1; when a branch to traffic observation is counted, a busy state is counted by the counter B while a counter A is empty. When the total value of the counters A and B exceeds 79, the counted value is processed by a traffic data recording subroutine. The program indicator PI is set to 0 after the processing and a return to a stand-by operation program is made through a connector Z2. |
