<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate a belt slip by limiting the exciting current of a charging generator when the slip rate obtained by comparing the rotating speed of an internal-combustion engine with that of the generator is the prescribed value or higher. CONSTITUTION:A waveform shaper 12 inputs the ON/OFF signal of the primary side of an ignition coil 11, and applies the rotating speed pulse of an internal- combustion engine to a frequency divider 15. A waveform shaper 13 inputs one phase signal of the output winding 2 of a generator 1 and applies a generator rotating speed pulse to a counter 14. A flip-flop 16 is set by the output of the counter 14 and reset by the output of the divider 15, and outputs a slip rate. A comparator 18 operates an oscillator 9 when the slip rate comes to the prescribed value or higher. Thus, the voltage level of the connecting point of resistors 8, 9 falls to limit the exciting current of the generator below a fixed level, thereby preventing a belt from slipping.</p> |
