PURPOSE:To make leakless detergent solution feeding performable, by connecting a detergent solution feed pipe to an inner side end of a wiper arm operating shaft bolt via a hydraulic coupling consisting of a ceramic molded rotary passage part and a fixed passage part. CONSTITUTION:In case of a device which attaches a wiper arm part 28 to a tip end of a wiper arm operating shaft bolt 30 rotatably supported on a body part 31 via a bearing 24 and installs a detergent solution spouting nozzle 29 in a tip end face of the bolt 30, a detergent feed pipe 18 is connected to the other end of the bolt 30 via a hydraulic coupling consisting of a rotary passage part A and a fixed passage part B made of ceramic moldings each. The rotary passage part A is made up of installing a convex setting part 15 to be fitted in the setting part 15 concavely installed in an end face of the bolt 30 and a concave part 1 to be fitted in a convex part 2 of the fixed passage part B. Likewise, the fixed passage part B is made up of installing the convex part 2, a rotational guide concavity 6 and a pipe inserting part 8, and locked to a body part 14 by means of a flat-platelike spring C.
