PURPOSE:To perform the molding and attachment of a lace easily and accurately, by bending a positioning part of a spacer to the downside with a leg part of the lace and housing it in the downside of the leg part, in the case where window glass is attached to a peripheral flange part of a body opening part. CONSTITUTION:A spacer 1 is constituted of a slender, platelike setting seat 1a, a platelike positioning part 1c rising at an almost right angle to the setting seat 2a from an upper end of a thin, curved bending part 1b is one end part in a longitudinal direction of the setting seat 1a and a double-side tape 2 stuck to a lower surface of the setting seat 1a. And, the spacer 1 is set up in a peripheral flange 5 of a door opening part at a proper interval. With this constitution, at the time of setting window glass 3, this glass 3 sticks fast to the peripheral flange part 5 and the a leg part 7a of a lace 7 is inset in space between a peripheral end face 3a of the glass 3 and a peripheral wall part 6. At this time, a positioning part 1c of the spacer 1 is bent to the downside by the leg part 7a of the lace 7, thus the lace 7 is positioned.
