PURPOSE:To compensate the characteristic of a comb line filter by synthesizing an input signal with a synthesizer after delaying the signal by a time corresponding to slight delay in a limiter circuit and a coefficient circuit of the feedback comb line filter through the input signal is slightly delayed in said circuits. CONSTITUTION:An input signal 1 is inputted to not only a feedback comb line filter 2 but also the first delay circuit 3 having a delay time corresponding to the time by which the signal is delayed in the feedback comb line filter 2, and the output signal of the first delay circuit and the output signal of the feedback comb line filter 2 are inputted to the first synthesizer 4, and the output signal of the first synthesizer 4 is outputted. In this constitution, the input signal is synthesized by the synthesizer 4 after being delayed by the time corresponding to slight delay in a limiter circuit 9 and coefficient circuits 10 and 11 through the signal is slightly delayed by the limiter circuit 9 and coefficient circuits 10 and 11 in the feedback comb line filter, thereby compensating the characteris tic of the comb line filter.
