PURPOSE:The packed food content whose water content is adjusted is tightly sealed in a packaging can and sterilized to give a dry-pack canned food whose palatability and taste are left remaining in the solid without corrosion and discoloration inside the can which is caused by the liquid component. CONSTITUTION:A packed food such as cooked fish or meat or shellfish is adjusted in its water content to 30-55% based on the total weight and tightly sealed in a package can and sterilized at about 110-120 deg.C for about 30-50min.
