PURPOSE:To prevent completely the tone quality distortion due to thrust of a maximum amplitude of a dustproof damper by attaching a dustproof wall, which consists of soft materials and covers the gap of a woofer part, to the center part on the surface of a woofer cone or a voice coil. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical dustproof wall 17 is fitted to the outside of a tweeter pole 13 of a composite speaker. This dustproof wall 17 consists of materials having the flexibility and has one end adhered to the upper end part of a voice coil 16. This one end may be adhered to the center part of a woofer cone 14. The other end of the dustproof wall 17 is made free without using an adhesive. The dustproof wall 17 and the tweeter pole 13 are brought into contact with each other approximately and are not adhered to each other. The dustproof wall 17 has 1-2mm thickness and is set to a mode plane, and the lenght is determined by the maximum amplitude. Since the dustproof wall 17 is provided in this manner, dust penetrating from the external is prevented from penetrating the gap part, and abnormal sounds and the distortion are not generated even if the dustproof wall 17 is brought into contact with the other members. |
