PURPOSE:To obtain a diaphragm for speaker where chemical fibers and wood pulp fibers in combination for compound in desired proportional, by adding an organic binder which has not a fiber form in the adjustment of raw materials. CONSTITUTION:After NUKP pulp is beaten, synthetic fibers having polyamide bond in the principal chain are mixed. 100-150g organic binder which has not the fiber form, for example, amylose and amylopectin per one ton water are added. 3wt% urea resin size agent is added to pulp, and a fixer, for example, a sulfuric acid band is added to adjust these paper materials to 5.5-5.7pH. These paper materials are dispersed in a paper making tank and are made into paper by a paper making net formed into a cone. This paper is heated and pressured with a mold and is dried to obtain a conical base material. An ethylene oxide derivative soluble in an organic solvent as a surface size agent and a hardening accelerator are given by immersion, and the conical base material is dried for 5min by hot blast of 100 deg.C temperature to harden it. |
