PURPOSE:To set optionally a pulse interval and a pulse width while keeping the accuracy of them in an excellent way by deciding each pulse interval and pulse width of plural series depending on the address difference of memory and the information which timing is to be selected. CONSTITUTION:A memory 20 is used, which stores a pulse leading and a pulse trailing point to each of plural series of pulse trains. Then the memory 20 is read periodically and circulatingly in the order of addresses, pieces of timing information a1, a2, a3 representing which timing among plural timings S1-S8 the control is to be applied in each address updating period are added to the storage of leading and trailing points and the result is stored in the memory 20, and the leading and trailing point of the pulse is controlled in the timing represented by the timing information a1, a2, a3 stored to the leading and trailing point during the period of address updating reading a word including the said information.
