PURPOSE:To provide a resin compsn. having excellent ability of color forming and resistance to thermal decomposition and impact, by blending a specified compd. with a non-diene rubber-reinforced resin contg. a graft copolymer. CONSTITUTION:A non-diene rubber and a compd. selected from at least two groups consisting of arom. vinyl compds, vinyl cyanide compds. and other polymerizable monomers are reacted to obtain a non-diene rubber-reinforced resin (A). A compd. consisting of 100-60wt% alkyl ester of unsaturated carboxylic acid and 0-40wt% vinyl compd. is reacted with a (co)polymer of 100-60wt% 1-10C alkyl acrylate with0-40wt% vinyl compd. to obtain a graft polymer (B). 0.01-5pts.wt. compd. contg. phenolic structure and ester linkage, represented by the formula (wherein R is a 1-4C alkyl) is blended with 100pts.wt. compsn. consisting of components A and B.
