PURPOSE:To prevent distortion without using a rotary joint, by receiving upper and lower tables in a box body to mount the same to the top end of a core shaft for positively rotating the lower table and connecting both tables by a freely rotatable connection lever to together rotate said tables. CONSTITUTION:Light serum remains at the central part of a container by the high speed ratation of a centrifugal container 40 and heavy red corpuscles are separated from serum to be gathered to the peripheral edge part of the container 40. Because the centrifugal container 4 is formed into a rectangular box body, the separation capacity of red corpuscles and serum is enhanced and two semicircular communication pipes 45, 45 are connected to both end parts of the centrifugal container 40 and red corpuscles flow through said communication pipes by the high speed rotation of the centrifugal container 40 and successively move to the opposite side of a whole blood nozzle 41 to be directed to a heavy liquid nozzle 42. Therefore, only one heavy liquid nozzle may be used and, by forming the centrifugal container 40 into the rectangular box shape, the enchancement of separation capacity can be achieved.
