PURPOSE:To decrease the number of lines connecting among plural terminal stations by connecting the plural terminal stations to plural multi-drop lines and using a channel assigned for call control to an opposite station so as to send data to the said opposite station. CONSTITUTION:The plural multi-drop lines CH1-CHn are connected to internal data signal lines 1B-nB through a line control circuit 2. Call control data reception circuits 101-10n and call control data transmission circuits 201-20n are connected to the internal data signal lines 1B-nB through data branch circuits 301-30n. Further, a line changeover switch 3 connects a terminal data line 1E to any of the internal data signal lines 1B-nB. The terminal data line 1E is connected to a terminal line 2E via a terminal control circuit 4. The terminal station control circuit 1 is connected to the call control data reception circuits 101-10n and the call control data transmission circuits 201-20n.
