PURPOSE:To prevent the heat-collecting function due to frosting from lowering and to enable elongating the operation time and moving at a low external air temperature by providing a gap between the ends of each of heat collecting plates. CONSTITUTION:The total of distances (b) and (c) between the bar ring 1 centers at both ends of each of heat collecting plates 2 and ends of each of the heat collecting plates 2 are made shorter than the bar ring 1 pitch P, and heat collecting pipes 4 are penetrated through the bar rings 1 to expand the same so as to hold the heat collecting plate, so that the gaps 13 between the ends of the heat collecting pipes 2 are disposed alternately in a zigzag manner in vertical and horizontal directions. Although the front surfaces of the heat collecting plates 2 are frosted, approach of frosts themselves are difficult to occur in the gaps 13 because the fin pitch is doubled therein and the gaps 13 have air permeability because they are in a hollow state. The inner wall of the hollow portion is the planar portion of the heat collecting plate and has a frost quantity which is less than that at the tip end thereof. Hence, it easily transmits the atmospheric air heat and since the area of the inner wall is larger than the sectional area of the hollow portion, the effective heat collecting area in the frosted state is increased in the latter than in the former.
