PURPOSE:To obtain a vessel at low cost while acquiring manufacture applicable even in special-form size by using an extrusion molded shape, which consists of a rigid vinyl chloride resin and has a welding margin required for high-frequency processing, for a gore constituting the depth of the vessel. CONSTITUTION:An actual vessel section gore 3 with a gore section 1 and a goring clearance 2 and a cover section gore 3' with a gore section 1' and a goring clearance 2' are each extrusion-molded rectilinearly. The goring margins 2, 2' are notched rectangularly at bent sections 4 in the actual vessel section gore 3 and the cover section gore 3', and the gore sections 1, 1' are heat-generated to approximately 70 deg.C by high frequency and bent. A cover plate 8 constituted by a bendable bottom plate 5, a bottom plate 6 and a bottom plate 7 consisting of vinyl chloride sheets is manufactured separately, and the actual vessel section gore 3 is high-frequency welded on the back side of the bottom plate 7 and the cover section gore 3' on the back side of a cover plate 5 with the goring clearances 2, 2' respectively. Accordingly, a mouthpiece mold level and a high-frequency mold level are reduced, and a processing method can also be simplified. |
