PURPOSE:To produce simply the helical gear having various helix angles and pitch circle diameters with a set of die set by fixing a punch or die on a slide and by turning a rotary bolster around the vertical axial line on the bed side. CONSTITUTION:A rotary bolster 74 and rotary die set plate 22b are turned by a controlling means simultaneously with setting a blank 3' on a plate presser 40 and descending a slide 66. The internal tooth punching is initially performed by the edge part 4a of punch 1 and the edge part 5 of a die 2 when the die 2 comes in contact with the blank 3'. The shaving is further performed by the edge part 4b of the punch 1 and the edge part 5 of the die 2 and the processing is completed. A pressure rod 46 and connecting rod 39 are pressed by pressure sources 108, 112 with the ascent of the slide 66, an internal tooth helical gear product 9' is lifted onto the punch by the plate presser 40 and a punching scrap 11 is discharged to the upper part of the punch by a knocking out punch 105.
