PURPOSE:To make the number of terminal devices which are possible to connect equal or beyond the number of said devices determined by the number of pits of an address data by connecting plural kinds of terminal devices to the same address. CONSTITUTION:A control data CD provided next to the address data AD consists of a function command designating the kind of terminal devices 21... to be accessed and of a data length command designating the data length of a transmission data TD sent in succession to the control data CD. Thus, it is made possible by the function command that only terminal devices of the kind having a designated function is called among plural terminal devices set to the same address and it is possible to use variable length for the transmission data TD sent from a central supervisory equipment 1.
