PURPOSE:To facilitate the data tracing, by arranging coordinate image memory means for memorizing several kinds of coordinate data and a coordinate image selection means which selects and reads one or several kinds of coordinate image data from the coordinate image memory means. CONSTITUTION:When a display input command means 8 outputs a display command signal for a reference impedance chart and a reference admittance chart, a coordinate image selection means 2 accesses coordinate image memory means 1-1 and 1-2 to reads a coordinate image data of the reference impedance chart out of the means 1-1 while doing a coordinate data of the reference admittance chart out of the means 1-2. These coordinate image data are overlapped by a signal processing means 3, the coordinate image data overlapped are sent to a CRT 10 together with an identification display command from an identification display command means 4 for example, the reference impedance chart in the solid line and the reference admittance chart in the broken line and the reference immitance chart is drawn on a CRT tube.
