They consist in that the rotor equipped with radial channels for guiding the blades for pushing the meat mass is arranged above said blades and fixed by a gear linked to the rotary shaft, which blades carry at their inner lower vertex an appendix which is inserted into a channel defined in a piece which forms a cover for the bottom of the cavity, which channel has a path which is eccentric with respect to the chamber, the rotor, on turning, determining a radial displacement of said blades which is greater or smaller depending on the points. The cover of the bottom has a central tubular portion which is threaded in a direction which is the reverse of that of the rotary shaft to which it is coupled, the entire assembly being dismantleable from top to bottom. In the lower zone of the bottom of the cavity there is a lateral orifice for evacuation of the cleaning liquid. In the feed hopper, the spiral is integral with an annular element which ends in a gear which couples tangentially with the superposed gear and which fastens to the rotor.
