PURPOSE:To achieve a higher manufacturing efficiency of electronic components in an electronic component measuring apparatus, by arranging a marking means for marking electronic component being fed to a supply line. CONSTITUTION:An IC 13 carried in from an IC array-in section 11 is fed along an IC supply line 14 between the carry-in section 11 and a carry-out section 12 and carried out sequentially to the carry-out section 12. The IC 13 being fed along the line 14 is retained at the opposite position of a measuring section 50, which transmits a measuring signal to each terminal of the IC 13 retained to measure the characteristic of the IC 13. The IC 13 accepted based on the results of the measurement with the measuring section 50 is fed to a marking section 51 to mark a type number, a trade mark and the like on the body of the IC 13. The IC 13 marked is fed to a drying section 52 along the line 14 and taken out to the carry-out section 12 after the applied marking ink is dried.
