The subject of the invention relates to the technical field of hand tools. The spanner is noteworthy in that it comprises a lever arm 1, one part 1a of which forms a crank, one of the ends of the lever 1 being arranged with a reversible ratchet head 2 receiving, in a perpendicular manner, a socket 3, whilst the other end of the said lever 1 receives, coaxially, a recessed socket 4 identical to the previous one.
