PURPOSE:To represent different depth sense in an external appearance and also to obtain a varied design variation by providing a step difference on the reverse side of a cover glass and changing the thickness, and providing the surfaces of a transparent part and an opaque part. CONSTITUTION:A projecting part 2c and recessed parts, 2d, 2e are provided on the reverse side 2b of the cover glass 2 by the shape of display parts 1a, 1b of a display device 1 and a shape for a design. Also, said parts are divided into surfaces 2i, 2j of a transparent part corresponding to the display parts 1a, 1b, and the surface 2k of an opaque part for hiding other part than the display parts 1a, 1b, and the surface 2k of the opaque part is formed to a structure which has taken a design into consideration by painting, printing, graduation, etc. In this way, a difference is generated in the moving distance and the time of until the rays of light 5 are made incident and reflected, and on a face 2h having an angle against the surface 2a, the angle of reflection of the light is changed, the depth sense is different depending on a place, the variation of a color and the variation of a shape can be obtained, and a decorative sheet, etc. become unnecessary.
