PURPOSE:To attain data transmission control according to a processing speed by performing the relaying transmission through each transmission controller based on the information recorded to the reception data and independently of the data receiving order when the transmission controller receives data from another transmission controller. CONSTITUTION:Plural pieces of FIFO are provided within a transmission controller and the connected FIFO are switches according to the information recorded to the reception data. Furthermore how to extract data out of the FIFO is controlled to perform the relaying transmission independently of the receiving order. The extracting rate and frequency of data out of plural FIFO are changed according to each FIFO to vary the relaying transmission rate of the data of each FIFO. When the priority is selected as the information to be recorded to the reception data, the relaying transmission is impossible with the reception data having low priority as long as the data having higher priority is contained in the FIFO. Thus the reception data of low priority are transmitted with relaying during the processing of the data having higher priority.
