PURPOSE:To reduce the deterioration in the error factor of the reception data by converting the multiplexed signals into a pulse train containing no DC component and transmitting the pulse train via a transmission line connected to a transformer. CONSTITUTION:A unipolar pulse train passed through a differential logic converting circuit 4 is converted into a bipolar pulse train by a U/B converting circuit 6 with the DC component deleted at the transmission side. Then the FSK modulated wave is sent to outside from a radio device 3 via a transformer 8, a transmission line 9 and a B/U converting circuit 7. At the reception side, the original multiplexed signal is obtained from the multiplexed signal extracted from the device 3 by a differential logic adverse converting circuit 5 in the procedure adverse to that of the transmission side. Then plural data are obtained by a subscriber's private device 1. Here the line 9 is connected to the transformer 8 and also kept under a balanced state. Therefore the multiplexed signal is sent directly to the device 3 or the device 1. While the noise component superposed on the line 9 is eliminated and attenuated at the output side. Thus the deterioration of the error factor is reduced for the received data.
