PURPOSE:To make it possible to change the peripheral speed of a rotary body having first and second rotary shafts which set a disc formed therein a diametri cal groove and a driven wheel inserted in this groove in eccentric positions, by carrying out such a relative motion that the first and second rotary shafts are shifted from each other. CONSTITUTION:When a drive wheel 22 is rotated, a first rotary shaft 3 and a disc 5 rotate so that a pulley 12 is rotated by means of a groove 6 and a driven wheel 13, resulting in the travel of a conveyor belt 14. If a second rotary shaft 11 is shifted toward the driven wheel 3 from a first rotary shaft 3, the peripheral speed of the pulley 12 increases. Meanwhile, if it is shifted to the opposite side, the peripheral speed of the opposite side of the pulley 12 is increased. Therefore, with a simple operation the fast and slow sections of the rotary body may be set.
