PURPOSE:To inform an operator of clutch wear amount through sense of sight by computing clutch wear amount based on a detecting signal from a half clutch detecting means and displaying the clutch wear amount. CONSTITUTION:When a CPU 12 judges presence of half clutching condition, half clutch stroke amount X of a rod 6a is computed based on a detecting signal from a stroke detecting sensor 7. And the CPU 12 outputs either one out of wear amount degree signals S1-S11 on an interface 9. And either one of clutch wear amount display units 16 radiates corresponding to wear amount degree signals S1-S11 output from the interface 9. Therefore, the degree of present wear of the clutch 2 can be confirmed by an operator by watching which luminous element radiates.
