PURPOSE:To offer knowledge accordant with the retrieving conditions timely to a user even with no inquiry sentence supplied at every time from the user, by collating each new knowledge added with the retrieving conditions of the stored inquiry sentence. CONSTITUTION:When the knowledge 150 is added, an inquiry sentence 141 is extracted through a knowledge base control system. It is checked whether the new retrieval is possible or not with the addition of the new knowledge. The knowledge base control system delivers the result of retrieval to a printer 160 with the addition of the knowledge 150.
