PURPOSE:To improve the operation performance in idling and improve fuel consumption by installing a revolution-range restricting means for restricting the revolution range of a step motor and a position adjusting means which outputs the number of steps increased or decreased by a prescribed number. CONSTITUTION:A step motor 62 which drives an intake flow-rate control means 63 for controlling the intake flow-rate on idling and a control circuit 61 for controlling the position of the step motor 62 are installed. A revolution-range restricting means 64 restricts the revolution range of the step motor 62. A position adjusting means 65 which outputs the number of steps increased or decreased by a prescribed number from the difference between the standard step corresponding to the restriction position and the memorized number of steps is installed. thus, the operation performance in idling can be improved, and fuel consumption can be improved.
