PURPOSE:To aim at establishing a safe operation and at saving energy, by providing a swing lever which i engaged with a gear shaft meshed with an output shaft, through a one-way clutch, and an eccentric rotary body which is coupled with an input shaft by means of a diagonal key, so that rotation in accordance with loads may be obtained and the rotation is stopped when an overload condition is effected. CONSTITUTION:A swing lever which is engaged with the rotary shaft 26 of a first gear 27 engaged with a second gear 28 on an output shaft 8, through an one-way clutch 30, is made to abut against an eccentric rotary body 14 which is coupled with an input shaft 6 by means of a diagonal key 12. At this time the swing lever intermittently rotates the output shaft 8 in one direction through the rotary shaft 26 in accordance with an eccentricity E caused by a return spring 29 and the eccentric rotary body 14. When the load of the output shaft 8 increases, the eccentricity E of the eccentric rotary body 14 decreases so that the swing angle of the swing lever also decreases. Therefore, the rotation in accordance with the load may be obtained, and if an overload condition is effected, the rotation of the output shaft 8 comes to a stop, thereby it is possible to aim at establishing a safe operation and at saving energy.
