PURPOSE:To enable a copying system to be selected according to the size to improve the efficiency of processing many kinds of manuscripts by conducting the manuscript fed from a feed tray and having the exposed surface onto a manual feed bed in which the manuscript is reversed to be again fed into the feed means. CONSTITUTION:When both surfaces of manuscripts stacked on an automatic feed tray 6 are copyed, the manuscript sent out of the tray 6 reaches the upper travelling path of a manuscript feed belt 5 through a gate 9 guided by the gate 9 to be sent to a platen 3 through the periphery of a drive roller 11. Here, the manuscript is subjected to exposing action and reaches again the upper travelling path of the bell 5, through the gate 10 and a guide roller 12. Here, the gate 8 is moved and the manuscript is introduced to a manual feed bed 4 to be reversed, then sent to the platen 3 and exposed on the opposite surface. After the exposure, the manuscript is conducted to the gate 9 through the gate 10 and the guide roller 12 to be emitted onto a manuscript receiving bed 20. Also, the large-sized manuscript is sent from said bed 4 to the platen3, exposed, reversed and then again sent to the manual feed bed 4 for both surface copying. |
