PURPOSE:To correctly form an accumulated bundle of a small number of prints by transporting an auxiliary transport member by a low-speed driving member by an auxiliary counter stacker, and accumulating every required number of prints on the auxiliary transport member, interlocking with transporting the member. CONSTITUTION:In case of accumulated prints on a counter stacker 5, when a command for accumulating a small number of copies is given by a control member 31, a switch member 14 displaces a fork 24 to a chain-line position, a solenoid clutch 17 is turned off, a solenoid clutch 19 is turned on, and an auxiliary transport member 11 transports prints W at the equal speed as that of a transport member 2. When such operation is detected by a detecting member 26, the clutch 19 is turned off to stop the transport member 11 so that a designated number of copies are stored. The fork 24 is returned. Subsequently, the clutch 17 is turned on so that the auxiliary transport member 11 is operated at low speed by an auxiliary driving member 13, so that prints W are counted by a counter 27, and divided by a dividing stopper 26 to form a desired accumulated bundle of a small number of prints by an auxiliary counter stacker 12. Thus, an accumulated bundle of a small number of prints can be formed without decreasing the operating speed of a rotary press prints.
