PURPOSE:To prevent a deterioration in reliability of an article to be molded based on a deterioration in mold release characteristics, by a method wherein a top and bottom forces of a molding machine filling a molding material into an air gap to be formed by the top and bottom forces under a state wherein the article to be molded is placed between the top and bottom forces are made into an oxidation inhibiting atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:A space intercepted from the open air is connected with a gas circulation duct 17 through a gas inlet nozzle 15 and gas outlet nozzle 16 provided on a cover 14. A nitrogen gas source 18 and blower 19 are connected with the gas circulation duct 17, nitrogen gas is circulated to the space wherein the top and bottom forces 5, 6 of the inside of the cover 14 are positioned and the space is made into an oxidation inhibiting atmosphere of the nitrogen gas. Therefore, what is called 'deterioration in mold release characteristics', through which a molded article to be formed in an air gap part 7 by pressurizing and filling, which is caused by oxidation on the surfaces of the top and bottom forces 5, 6, becomes hard to be released from the surface of the forces at the time of separation of the top and bottom forces from each other. |
