In a blow-off/suck-off system for removing fibre fly and dust in textile machines, especially weaving machines, additional suction hoses are connected to the vacuum region and, in the manner of an industrial vacuum cleaner, make it possible to suck off fibre fly and dust at less easily accessible points of a textile machine by utilising the vacuum generated by the device during normal operation. There is therefore no need to use additional industrial vacuum cleaners for these purposes.
