PURPOSE:To easily change the direction of a car body by providing lazy jacks which are provided on both end parts of a base board to the bottom face of which a freely rotatable seat board is faced, on the both sides on the bottom part of said car body. CONSTITUTION:Lazy jacks which are formed by inserting a screw shaft 2 having a universal coupling 1 into the joining shafts 27 of arms 3 as the internal thread, are installed on both end parts of a base board 4. A seat board 7 having a shaft 6 is faced to the bottom face of the base board 4, balls are interposed between the base board 4 and the seat board 7 to allow the seat board 7 to rotate, and worm which is provided on a shaft 10 is installed on the base board 4 while being meshed with a worm gear 8. And, the ends 5 of the jack arms 3 are installed on both sides on the bottom part of a car body respectively, the jack arms 3 expands the contracts while the seat board 7 is lifted up and down by means of the rotation of the screw shaft 2, and the seat board 7 is rotated by the rotational transmission of the worm shaft 10.
