PURPOSE:To fix the position and the direction of a machined article and a machined material and automatically perform their assembly work, by additionally providing a mark, used for positioning the machined article and the machined material when they are picture processed, in the machined article and the machined material, in the case of the assembly work for a product using a picture process. CONSTITUTION:A machined material supplier 1 and a machined article supplier 4 supply a machined material 2 and a machined article 5 to a conveyer 3 or a conveyer 6. A picture of the machined material 2, being fetched from a camera device 7, is stored in a picture fetching page 9 in a picture memory 12 through an A/D converter 8. Similarly a picture of the machined article 5 is stored in a picture fetching page 10. While a template, for searching a mark, is stored in a template page 11 in the picture memory 12. The method, executing a picture process for picture data in the pages 10, 11 by a picture processor 13 while searching a mark by a mark searching processor 14, feeds obtained information to an automatic machine 18 by a processor 16. The machine 18, controlling a manipulator 19 by these informations, performs machining work. |
