摘要 The flow rate monitoring device for liquid or gaseous substances has a flow duct which is arranged in a housing or basic body of the device and is connected to the line of the substance to be monitored. Provided in the region of the flow duct are electrical devices which detect and display the flow and/or the state of rest in the flow duct and thus in the line. The flow duct or central bore (2) communicates with a duct (bore 5) provided in the basic body (1). The duct (bore 5) accommodates an automatic valve. The sealing member (ball 6) of this valve closes or opens the flow duct (central bore 2) depending on the state of motion of the column, located in the flow duct, of the substance to be monitored. The sealing member is arranged in the region of the opening (10) of the bore (5) into the central bore (2). Furthermore, there is provided in the region of the opening (10) an electrical measuring sensor (proximity switch 7) which controls a signalling device as a function of the position of the sealing member (ball 6). <IMAGE>
