PURPOSE:To make the titled composition into a molded member which is excellent in mold release characteristics and favorable in application characteristics, by making the molded member into the composition of a mold release agent composed of isobutylene oligomer and wax. CONSTITUTION:Isobutylene oligomer is a liquid low molecular weight polymer obtained by polymerizing isobutylene under terms of a temperature of 5-130 deg.C and pressure of 1-22kg/cm<2>G by making aluminum chloride into a catalyst, a composite of a mold release agent is a thing obtained by compounding the above isobutylene oligomer and wax and normally the compounding is performed at 0.5-50pts.wt. desirably 1-10pts.wt. wax to 100pts.wt. isobutylene oligomer. Then when compounding rate of the wax is less than 0.5pts.wt., the surface of the molded member is inferior in mold release characteristics and when the same is exceeded than 50pts.wt., it becomes that the favorable surface of the molded member can not be obtained. After the obtained composite of the mold release agent has been sprayed to the surface of a mold 1 of a reactive injection molding device by a sprayer, molded member which is superior in mold release characteristics and favorable in application characteristics is obtained by performing reactive injection molding. |
