PURPOSE:To prevent a steering operation from being affected even when a variation in fluid pressure occurred due to the stoppage of a fluid pump and remove a sense of incompatibility for steering feeling by stopping a rotary motor after a steering handle is returned to a neutral condition and connecting both chambers of a power cylinder. CONSTITUTION:When a steering handle 1a becomes a neutral condition, a neutral condition judging means 9b, in cooperation with a rotating condition detecting means 9a, generates a neutral condition judging signal. And, an output signal generating means 9 extinguishes a first output signal while generating a second output signal, and the stoppage of a rotary motor 3 causes a fluid pump 4 to stop, while an electric changeover means 7 is rendered a first changeover condition, connecting both chambers 5b, 5c of a power cylinder 5. Thereby, even when a variation in fluid pressure occurred accompanying the stoppage of a fluid pump 4, the steering operation of the steering handle 1a is not affected. |
