PURPOSE:To execute high speed access by using execlusively signal lines for write and readout of a storage element, respectively. CONSTITUTION:A signal line of a memory cell 153 is formed by two pieces of signal lines 133, 134 connected to a write circuit and a readout circuit, respectively, and these lines are controlled by control lines 139, 140, respectively. According to this constitution by which the write use and the readout signals lines are used exclusively, respectively, to different memory cells can be selected simultaneously, and in the beginning of an operation cycle, an address for access is prepared already, a cycle for setting an address is not required, and high speed access can be executed. |
