摘要 The cyclone operating variables of the degree of overall precipitation, the degree of fractional precipitation and pressure loss can be optimised by the additional installation of static guide devices in the precipitation space, the simple basic construction of a conventional cyclone precipitator being preserved. As a result of an immersion tube column which surrounds the cyclone axis (1) over the entire height h of the precipitation space, is arranged in the cylindrical separating surface of the cyclone and penetrates the conventional solids-collecting container (2a), both the outer swirl flow in the main precipitation space (3a) and an inner swirl flow in the second precipitation space (3b) are stabilised in a combination of outer (4a) and inner shielding cone (4b), as a result of which a downstream precipitation process takes place on the inner surface of the immersion tube. The individual components of the immersion tube column are the conventional immersion tube (5), a slotted gap-immersion tube (6) which is arranged axially downwards as an extension and is also opened at its upper and lower end face, and a downstream central immersion tube (7) to which the second solids-collecting container (2b) is flanged. A baffle plate (8) prevents short-circuit flows of the outer swirl flow direct into the extraction gap. The recovery of the kinetic energy of the swirl flow is effected either inside the gap channel (10a) which is configured as a bent diffuser or, in the case of a parallel-walled channel, by means of an outlet spiral ...
