PURPOSE:To install safely a disk, and also to simplify the constitution by moving the disk by a single driving source, and inverting the driving source to a carrying-out state, when the carrying-in is abnormal. CONSTITUTION:When a disk 1 is placed on a holder on a disk tray 2 in its carrying-out position, and a driving source 5 is rotated clockwise, the tray 2 moves in the direction D. Subsequently, when the left end of a rack bar 7 abuts on a stopper 72 and a limit switch 81 on a base 35, the movement to the direction D of the bar 7 is controlled. When an actuator part 79 on a holder 73 abuts on a limit switch 80 by an operation of the driving source 5 and a decelerating mechanism 6, the driving source 5 stops, and carrying-in of the disk 1 is completed. When the bar 7 does not abut on the switch 81, and the member 79 abuts on the switch 80 in the course of this carrying-in operation, the driving source 5 is inverted, rotated counterclockwise, and the disk 1 is returned to the carrying-out position.
