<p>PURPOSE:To constantly maintain the attracting condition of a fixed core and a movable core at all times, to make a magnetic gap constant, and to operate the title solenoid at normal voltage by a method wherein the buffering material such as an O-ring and the like is inserted between the movable core and a valve support. CONSTITUTION:A groove 6a is provided at the upper part of the title solenoid, and an E-type stop ring is press-inserted therein. On the other hand, a recessed part which is fitted to the upper part of a movable core 6 and a ring-shaped part 7b where a stop ring 10 is engaged are provided on the valve support 7 which is a valve support made of a metal and the like, and said ring-shaped part 7b is fixed by caulking the entire circumference to the stop ring 10 in such a manner that the edge part is formed into R-shape. The O-ring 11 is interposed between the upper end of the movable core 6 and the recessed part 7a of the valve support 7. As a result, the lateral deflection and the rotation of the movable core 6 when it is in operation can be stopped, the attracting condition of a fixed core 4 and the movable core 6 is always made constant, and a magnetic gap is also maintained uniform, thereby enabling to operate the solenoid at the normal voltage.</p> |
